We have babies available!

• Do not submit a request for babies before reading my website. Adoption requests are denied if you do not read my website first.
• Do not email and ask if babies are available..... I spend an incredible amount of time updating my nursery page with this info..
• Do not email me with multiple email threads. Just use one thread.
• Please notate our hours at the bottom of the site. We will generally email you back during the hours we are open.
• Do not give me your phone number. Or ask me to call you. You can email me.
• You must be 18 + years old to apply.
• Please note that we upload large images of babies onto the website so that you can see them better. This means you will not be able to view the whole site on a phone. So always use a computer when viewing our site. On a phone you won't be able to see our litter pages at all.
• Particularly during the Christmas holiday rat breeders get a ton of emails from people who refuse to read their website and adoption process. Most of them refuse to look into what babies I have listed and they want me to pick babies for them. They refuse to do any research. If you are one of those people please expect that I won't return your email.
